This villa with pool is located a few kilometers from Forte dei Marmi, in the town of Pietrasanta. it is only 1 km distant from the sea. The villa is located in a private park with exclusive access. The park surrounding the villa is about 5000 square meters. In the large garden there are two gazebos: one close to the house, complete with living room dining table and kitchen at the pool of 15 x 7, 5 and another at the poolside.
The villa has two service people available for maintenance and cleaning swimming, for the garden and to clean the house (included in the price). In the park we also find a dependance with the staff's bedroom.
Guests can enjoy the Villa's park, swimming pool will have two changes towels , sheets etc. as well as the services (air conditioning in rooms wi-fi etc.)
